Integrated Somatic Healing Session (2-hours)

These sessions are designed to support shifts in your mental, emotional, physical + spiritual well-being by integrating somatic therapy + reiki energy healing. Come prepared to discuss some of the issues you may be experiencing in your life that you would like to focus on. Please note that sessions can go deep, so ensuring that you have processing time afterwards is important. Also note that I may pick up helpful information during your reiki session to discuss with you at the end. In-person sessions are held at the Studio in Scotland, Ontario.
Shamanic Soul Retrieval + Healing Session (2-hours)

Shamanic soul retrieval is a way of healing our trauma + generational trauma that has caused soul loss. The session integrates shamanic crystal healing, soul retrieval journey, + reiki. Please note that I may pick up helpful information during your session to discuss with you at the end. In-person sessions are held at the Studio in Scotland, Ontario.
Heart Wisdom Cacao Healing Ceremony (2-hours)
In-person, Scotland Ontario
This 2-hour heart wisdom + healing session combines a powerful personal cacao ceremony with music, shamanic healing, crystals + reiki. Designed as a powerful somatic session of release + realignment to one's authentic Self. A cacao ceremony is a modern spiritual ritual, rooted in ancient traditions, where we focus on our inner work, using the gentle, nurturing, + uplifting Spirit of mama cacao, a feminine plant medicine known for her vast healing properties.
Somatic Therapy Sessions
60-minutes, Online
Try a different form of therapy + learn how to heal through working with the innate intelligence of the body. These sessions use a combination of somatic healing (body-based work) + traditional psychotherapy to help clients discover the root of their suffering in order to reclaim their sense of Self. Please note that sessions go very deep when working in the body, please ensure you have privacy + time after the session to process.
Distance Reiki Healing Session
Online, 60-minutes
This 60-minute distance reiki session is a powerful way to bring healing + clarity into your life. In the comfort of your own home, you will receive a 45-minute distance healing session, oracle card reading + a 15-min integration session to bring all of the wisdom from your session into your daily living. Please note that I pick up a lot of information during a distance healing session. My intention is to bring forward wisdom that is most needed at this time. Phone or zoom can be used for the session.

A PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC, TRAUMA-INFORMED TRAINING
The use of the Compassionate Inquiry approach gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of illness and addiction.
We all long to be seen, heard, understood and loved. We heal when we feel safe in relationship, connected to our bodies, our breath, the present moment, and one another. Only when we experience connection to ourselves and others, can we open up to our vulnerability and emotions, and discover and express what is true for us. This expression is what heals us.
CI is incorporated into my ongoing somatic therapy work with clients.
SHAMANIC + PLANT MEDICINE PRACTITIONER

A Shamanic Practitioner is not a Shaman but someone who acts as a bridge between the shamanic indigenous world and the modern world to help share the medicine and wisdom of the shamanic people to bring healing and balance. I use my shamanic teachings in ritual, ceremony, journeying, healing + plant medicine work with clients to help support their path of self-discovery. I myself use somatic therapy, reiki, shamanic journeying + plant medicine work for mainstays in my personal healing. My ongoing work is a priority so that I am able to support my clients.

Unlike other coaching programs, Wayfinder Life Coach Training begins by teaching Martha Beck’s transformational “Change Cycle” model. This model teaches trainees to uncover obstacles that are holding their clients back so that they can move toward their unique destiny.
This means that we don’t simply forge ahead and set goals. Instead, we facilitate a process that helps our clients access their inner wisdom and take inspired action rather than drive themselves externally (which is really hard, often tedious, and frankly not all that effective).

Having taught Reiki to well over 100 students this past decade has reminded me that Reiki is such a sacred practice that requires reverence and our greatest respect. The benefits of Reiki can be all encompassing, not only giving us the ability to heal ourselves and others, which by itself is deeply meaningful, but also bringing guidance for our lives. Its unlimited nature can create opportunities for continual growth, unfoldment and the awakening of our own boundless potential. The ever increasing joy, peace and abundance that await those who sincerely pursue the path of Reiki are not only a blessing to be enjoyed, but also contain the healing that the planet so dearly needs.
